5月頃にランチで利用しました
予約で来店ほぼ満席。
ほとんどの方が召し上がってたのですぐに来ると思いきや注文してから30分待ってようやく提供、おそっ。お腹ぺこぺこ。
釜飯はおこげという、かわいいもんではなく焦げ焦げで残念、、。
鯛の煮付けはやや濃く、小骨や鱗が多いので食べずらかった。これで2000円弱はお高めに感じてしまいました。

店内にお客さんは誰もいない状態でした。ランチ時間が終了したのかと思いましたが、大丈夫ということで席につきました。
店内の雰囲気はもう片付けだしている感じだったので、とても気まずく感じました。
メニューを聞きに来た店員さんにも改めてまだランチ大丈夫ですかと尋ねたところ大丈夫だということだったので安心しましたが、その後店長らしき人が「口頭オーダーにして」と少し荒らげた声で言ったので、ますますいづらい雰囲気でした。
定食のおかずはわりとすぐに運ばれてきましたが、その後釜飯ができるまでかなりの時間がありました。先に出されたおかずの味噌汁と茶碗蒸し、カキフライは釜飯が来た頃には冷えてました。白米の釜飯を頼んだので、待っている間、おかずを食べることもできない。
また女性店員2名がペチャクチャとずっと話してました。そんな雰囲気の中たべる料理も美味しくなかったです。釜飯に時間がかかるのは一般的にわかっていたのですが、釜飯に合わせておかずも提供してくれれば良いのではないかなと思いました。店員さんに釜飯は後で出てくるシステムですかと尋ねたところ、通常忙しい時間帯であれば同時に出てくるとの事でした。時間帯で提供時間が異なるのに納得がいきません。配慮の足りないと思うし、遅めの時間にいくのはNGなお店です。

우선 음식이 너무 맛있었습니다. 물론 단체손님에대한 준비가 부족하긴 했지만 맛있는 음식에 용서가 되었습니다. 저도 요식업에서 일하고 있어서 알고 있습니다. 음식 하나하나마다 맛있는 음식을 주고싶다는 chef의 마음이 느껴졌습니다. 고맙습니다.
다음 일본여행에는 꼭 찾아가서 맛있는 일본술과 chef의 음식을 맛보고 싶어서 가이드에게 식당주소를 물어봤습니다.
